Concert halls

Concert halls

Concert halls are used for the enjoyment of all kinds of (symphonic) music. This kind of music is usually played unamplified. Therefore, the acoustics of these halls are immensely critical, not only at the audience’s position in the hall, but also on stage at the position of the musicians and conductor. Besides room acoustics, sound insulation between hall and foyer and to the outside are important issues.
